Each Party acknowledges that, in the course of this engagement, it may access information of the other Party that is non-public, proprietary, or commercially sensitive — including AXIOM outputs, methodologies, diagnostics, financial models, AI-generated content (AXIOM Diagnostiq's), and the accessing individual's organisational data, strategic challenges, and financial figures.
Both Parties agree to: (a) hold the other's confidential information in strict confidence, (b) not disclose to any third party without prior written consent, (c) use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating and conducting engagement under AXIOM Diagnostiq's professional services, and (d) apply at minimum the same level of care used to protect their own confidential information.
AXIOM Diagnostiq S.L., acts as data processor under EU GDPR. Information you provide is used exclusively to generate your AXIOM report and proposal. AXIOM Diagnostiq will not: sell your data, share it with third parties, use it to train external AI models, or retain it beyond engagement purpose. You may request deletion at any time at majhos@gmail.com.
AXIOM and all its frameworks, methodologies, and AI models remain the exclusive property of AXIOM Diagnostiq S.L. No licence is granted by access to the platform. Reciprocally, your organisational data and strategic information remain entirely yours — AXIOM Diagnostiq acquires no rights through this engagement.
This Mutual NDA is valid for three (3) years from the date below. Governed by Spanish law, with courts of Barcelona as exclusive jurisdiction. Binding under EU eIDAS Regulation 910/2014 on electronic signatures.
